Nicola is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in a variety of senior commercial leadership roles across hospitality, multi site retail, sales, leasing and strategic planning & delivery. Her roles have included National Business Improvement Manager Bunnings, General Manager Telstra WA, General Manager Tabcorp for NSW Lotteries and Golden Casket, Head Of Growth RFG and most recently COO of NightOwl Convenience.
She has had State, National and International accountabilities that rely heavily on the establishment, maintenance and improvement of governance connected to strict regulatory environments and the high performance teams that deliver strategy and execute operational outcomes.
LT COL (Retd) Dr. Andy Grieve is the Chief Medical Officer at Doctors on Demand and Vitura Health. After a distinguished 23-year career in both the UK and Australian militaries, he has honed his medical expertise in a variety of austere and extreme environments globally. As an AHPRA registered specialist in Rural & Remote Medicine, particularly in emergency settings, Dr. Grieve is dedicated to enhancing health equity and medical access through technology and innovation across Australia and the Pacific.
With experience spanning over 40 countries, he understands the nuances of cross-cultural healthcare and the importance of clinical governance and doctor welfare in multicultural settings like Australia. Dr. Grieve is actively pursuing further advancement in his field as a candidate in the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) Fellowship programme and an MBA (Health Leadership) candidate at Deakin University. He is also a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland Medical School. His background in medical leadership and clinical governance positions him as a strong asset to Doctors on Demand and Vitura Health.
Mike Moran is a seasoned software developer with decades of engineering experience in the health, hospital, and real estate industries. He is a dedicated leader who values trust, empathy, and empowerment to build highly productive development teams. Mike possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, security, and agile development methodologies, which he leverages to deliver outstanding results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Queensland (UQ).
David Christiansen is an experienced business development manager and has held numerous senior leadership positions, including sales management, general management and director roles with full P&L responsibility. Having lived and worked in 6 countries throughout Asia and the Middle East working for major multinationals, David understands and enjoys the variety and challenges associated with executing strategy to drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to clients. David has a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and is an accredited Business Storyteller with Anecdote in Australia.
